Personal Care Services

Bathing

Assistance with bathing includes but is not limited to transfer in and out of the tub or shower, cleaning the skin, hair care, drying the body and applying deodorant or lotion.

Dressing

Assisting our clients with their Assistance with dressing or undressing of upper and lower extremities. Can include but are not limited sleepwear to daywear or vice versa.

Grooming

Assistance with personal hygiene needs. These activities include washing face, hands and feet; combing/brushing, hair, shaving, nail care, applying deodorant, and oral or denture care.⠀

Eligibility to become a Client

You may eligible to receive Home Care Services and FREE Non-Emergency Medical Transportation if you have the following diagnosis.
